Sometimes the only solution is to have a bowl of ibuprofen for lunch.

There are a few days each month where I can't live without my hot water bottle.

I was looking at this picture for like 3 minutes before reading the description all "what the hell kind of beans are those??"
I am having the exact same day today (are all the knitters' cycles syncing through flickr now?!) and I've found that vicodin leftover from one's root canal works really, really nicely in lieu of the Advil.

Bake those bad boys into some pot brownies and you'll be aaallllll set.

Tasty. I feel so lucky that I've never felt like this from cramps. Although I munch these bad boys when my back and jaw hurt.

Youch. Hope you feel better soon.
P.S. - I totally thought it was cereal in the thumbnail. I was wondering if they were Fruit Loops or Apple Jacks.

I considered this today, too.

I finally got a prescription for Naproxen, so now I don't have to take 20 advils in a day. I sooo know how you feel though - I have days where a bowl of "vitamin i" looks like an awesome idea.

Ooof. Sorry, girl. While I am not having this particular issue, I have awakened with a SEARING headache for 5 days in a row now, and if not for the Aleve, I have no idea how I would have survived. Thank god for the ingenuity of modern drugs, is all I'm saying.

remember nuprin? little. yellow. different. better? i sometimes say that to myself for no reason at all. and when i'm feeling particularly racially insensitive, i think it about myself. :)
cauchy09 wrote...
hee hee! but you are...all except the yellow part.
Erin wrote...
there is a hiLARious family story in which my (white) grandmother calls me yellow (i'm half chinese).
cauchy09 wrote...
oh boy, that could be a good or bad hilarious... i was called yellow in school, i guess because they think i'm not dark enough to be called black?
