comfy and warm (365.2.34)
I shovelled this morning (before coffee even!) worked a full day in the studio and now B is making dinner. My only option is to curl up in a blanket and watch Iron Chef til dinner, obvs.

Very cool bookshelf.
Is it a kitty climbing adventure park? I'm always trying to find stuff they can't knock over.

I'm a big iron chef Japanese fan. I was so excited that FLN started replaying them. Iron chef America is okay too but not as funny.

I'm digging on the blanket too. Did you make it?

Yep, the bookcase is a Sapien. No chance the kittehs could knock it over, it has a nice solid base on it.

I didn't make it, the Husband's grandmother did. Makes me want to crochet a giant blanket.

Oh me too, before coffee, before breakfast, and a mere 12 hours after shoveling yesterday's 6 inches. When I said I preferred shoveling to being trapped in the gym, I didn't mean every stinkin' day. Ya know?

I would hurt someone for that blanket. Not you, of course. But someone.

this is darling! I love the style too... if only I could use that bookshelf alas I have too many books and love them all too much to part with them :)

This is by no means our only bookshelf. These are only the books that we used to keep stacked around the couch, on the coffee table and close at hand downstairs. We have 8 other giant proper bookshelves upstairs. We're book hounds at our house too.

I think books come into our house faster than we can get rid of them. We have bookshelves in the office, the craft room, the kitchen, and the living room. Thom thinks that the loo is a good place to have a few books on hand, too!

note to self: don't borrow books from D

Oh, you're safe unless you want to read paperback sci fi novels.

That looks like a great space to cuddle up in. Love.

I concur. Cuteness like this shall not be disturbed.
