i don't eat out of the containers anymore because i'll eat everything in the container until it's gone. if i put it on a plate, i'll eat less.

I tend to plate my food as well, moreso for the reason Maryse does, I eat less that way.

Plates over here, as well, with a nice little bowl and my own chopsticks. I don't move the grass over to the plate, though. I should do that, because it's cheerful. Not that I'll ever get takeout sushi to bring home again in my life, now that I think about it.
