musical accompaniment
The people who owned our house before us chose what was possibly the most hideous yellow paint for every. single. room. in the house. Before we moved in, I made sure to repaint the bedroom and the offices because I knew we'd go mental with the yellow everywhere. This week the hallway is slated to become a lovely pale gray. Every house project needs a soundtrack and so I made one called 'paint fumes' or 'music to paint the hallway.'
Apparently typepad considers this a podcast (I don't - it's just a playlist!) so I've added the 'sub to my podcast' link in the sidebar. At this point I'm just tinkering with it but if it doesn't eat up my bandwidth in a scary way, I might update it every week or two. Let me know if you have any troubles with it. If you're interested, the track listing is here too as a .txt file.

So cool you can post music on your site!

You totally made my day - I downloaded this at work and now I have something better than the radio! Great idea. (And great mix!)

I love painting rooms, makes everything seem fresher.
Bad Kitty!! I have a cat that does the same thing. he won't learn. just wait until he has to have something resected because he ate some indigestable novelty crap, that'll learn him.
Awhile back you posted about your Dyson Vacuum, I just got the purple one. LOVE. IT. So thanks for that Post!
